Snowed in!!!

I'm snowed in so I'm blogging from my phone. Hopefully it goes through okay!
We have 20 inches plus of snow! How insane! I've watched movie after movie! My boyfriend is sleeping haha so I'm just being lazy. I just ate a whole pack of mentos and I feel yuck! Haha! I got a lot of christmas shopping done Friday but I'm going back out on Monday to finish it all up. Sunday night I'm going to go through what I have etc so I can be sure I get everything I need! Ill have to make a trip to walmart to get candy and little things for my boyfriends stocking but that's easy! I also need to wrap gifts. This should be fun lol. Being snowed in at my boyfriends only has one downfall, I don't have anything with me! If we were snowed in together at my house I could at least get some wrapping done. I'm not complaining though. I love being snowed in with him!

We got out of a christmas party we really didn't want to go to and hopefully ill get out of going to see the rockettes tomorrow. I honestly don't want to go.

I'm a bit nervous because I will need to drive home at some point tomorrow and I don't know where I'm going! My boyfriend moved to an area I don't know my way around. Hopefully he will ride with me!!! He claims he has to go my way to get his car so maybe it'll work out. I don't like getting lost!

I am kind of hoping the snow is still bad for Monday that way I can stay home and get my shopping done and get wrapping started... I get off so late that I can't do both and I need sleep otherwise I can't function the next day. I'm a wishful thinker! Lol!

I'm hoping for a new camcorder for christmas that way I can start making new videos. My webcam is bad quality and I hate that! I hope to get one so I can start documenting my journey through cosmetology school... And I want to do tutorials!

Oooo this is exciting! Last night I met my man at the mall and he said to meet him in nordstroms... I walk in and he was at the MAC counter buying ME something for Christmas! He was mad but he didn't warn me so how was I supposed to know!!! Lol I'm so excited!!! :)

Anyway I wrote a lot so I'm going to go. I'm watching Mama Mia!

Shopping!

I'm going shopping tonight to hopefully put a dent in my Christmas shopping... or maybe even finish it up..? That would be nice! Good thing is, I wrote down what I need to get everyone, mapped out where I need to get it etc. so I should be able to roll through stores! I'm going to stop by Tjmaxx first. I love the deals they have so I'm hoping to get some good stuff there. Then, I'm going to head over to the mall close by and get some other things on my list. I am busy all weekend so my last minute little gifts from walmart will have to wait until next week! I'm just hoping to get everything I need from the mall, done! I then hope to wrap some gifts on Tuesday of next week... lol I just can't believe Christmas is already around the corner. I need to get in gear!

Where I live we are expecting 20-something inches of snow!!! wwaaaa! It's crazy! I'm staying at my boyfriends tonight so hopefully we get snowed in =) That would make my weekend! I have a Christmas party on Saturday but I wouldn't mind missing it to have some quality time alone <3

Sunday I'm going to see a Christmas show! It'll be my first. We'll be seeing the travling rockettes! How awesome!!

Not so great today

I am stressed to the max today. I wish I could vent about it but it's very personal and I don't know...

Just some issues with my family and boyfriend... never a good thing.
I know everything happens for a reason so hopefully this will be okay. My boyfriend and I are looking for a house of our own so hopefully this situation were about to be in is only temporary. I'm just not loving this moment in my life. I swear it all goes up, it all comes down. I'm excited for school, I found a part time job where I can work while in school and then this all happens... blah. I need to keep my head up. I am really sad and have been crying off an on all morning. I can pray it will all blow over but I feel this situation is passed blowing over. It's just not good. Sucks for me because it's not my fault, I didn't do anything to cause it yet its affecting me the most. bummer.

Anyway, I made all my videos on youtube private for now. I won't have internet access for a long time (only on my phone and here at work for a little while) so I don't want to disapoint and not be able to post new ones so I just took mine off for a little while so I can figure out this though time in my life.

My new job is: waiting tables. It's a source of income and quick cash so it will be nice and I think god I was able to find a job. I go to register officially for school January 5th. I'm excited about that...

Let's just say, my boyfriend lives with me and now he's moving out and will be far away... I have to go from seeing the one I love everyday, to barely at all even more so now that I will be working nights and have school all day... It totally sucks =(

Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow!

Okay, It's not snowing here, but I wish it was! I re-did my blog. Hope you all like it! I wanted something different. I can't wait until Christmas... Hopefully I get a digital camera so I can post some fun pics... It would really come in handy! I also asked for a camcorder from my boyfriend so hopefully I can have better quality in my videos!

Speaking of videos, A new one will be up on Wed. Promise!

I'm going out to dinner tonight. It's a small italian place by my house. I'm trying to get a job there so I can have some source of income while I'm in school.

I set up an appointment to offically register for Cosmetology school. I've been waiting to hear back from financial aid but I decided to go ahead and register so It's all just about set in stone. I'm so excited! It's January 5th and I can NOT Waitttttt!!!! :) I'm so happy!!!

I have to get a lot of Christmas shopping done Friday... and on a budget... and I must stick to my budget... I'm always bad about that!!!

I'll take ya to the Kandee Shop!

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for my busy crazy weekend!!! I have a birthday dinner tonight, tomorrow I'm going out with some friends, visiting with other friends and Sunday another birthday dinner! Busy girl!! I wanted to post a little something for you guys to share with you my newest addiction: Kandee Johnson. I have watched all her videos! I LOVE her. She's my absolute favorite guru on youtube. I remember coming across her videos and falling completely in love with her laugh and personality. (I'm not creepy, promise) I share such strong feelings for Kandee because she inspired me. I wanted to be a Cosmetologist for a long time. I backed down from my dreams because I was told I would never make any money and it was a "bad career". I got scared... but... after seeing Kandee's "Go get your dreams & My story" Video on youtube, I was turned in the other direction. I suddenly felt that I could do it and I honestly did not care what anyone else thought. I was so worried about everyone else and not myself. I don't care, I'm doing what's going to make ME happy and I owe it all to Kandee. I will be attending cosmetology school in January and I can't WAIT! I am so excited. I read Kandee's blog daily and you all should to! She gives such great beauty advice, advice on life in gerneral and she'll for sure make you laugh :)

All you need is love

Lately I've been so stressed out... I don't really want to get into it all but I know that god will see me and my family through and we will get over all this drama.

Love is a wonderful thing. Everyone has there own opinions on "love". I feel, all you need is love. When you think about it, money isn't everything. Of course it makes life soooo much easier but at the end of the day, you look around you and you have allll these nice things but your heart is empty... what good are all the nice things if your still so empty inside... you keep buying more things and surrounding yourself with material items to try and fill a void that you just can't fill... Anyway, thats just me touching on the subject. Don't want to get too far into it.

I'm stressed about the holidays. I still have a lot I need to buy! My BFF's b-day just passed and I NEED to get her a gift ASAP! I'm such a bad friend!

I'm getting more and more excited about cosmetology school! Can't wait! I haven't heard back yet about the financial aid but I'm hoping I do soon!!! Like, this week!

I hate the food and candy around the holidays. Well, I don't hate the food, candy or sweets, just what it does to my body lol. So much fooood! We had our work Christmas party yesterday and WOW the food was amazing which means the dessert=even better hahaha

I need to get back to my work out plan... asap lol

Hey everyone!
Wow, what a weekend I've had!

Friday night my boyfriend and I went to dinner at a Mexican place by us then to see The Blind Side. It was an amazing movie! It was funny, sad, and inspirational! I loved everything about it. Really good movie! Teaches you a lot about life.

Saturday: I WENT TO NYC <3 For the very first time :)
I had an amazing time! We took the bus up... long ride- so worth it. We got there around 11, looked for a pizza place- had lunch- It was so good. We then went site seeing. I saw times square, Radio City music hall, MSG, Harold Square, All the Christmas Decorations, Ice Skating rink, Empire State building... ah... to think about it now and look back, it was so magical. We did a little shopping. It rained the whole time we were there then it snowed, then got super windy haha but it was a lot of fun. I've never experienced something like NYC. It was so different from where I'm from... SO different. I was excited and glad I was able to see the Christmas decorations. We went into Macy's and it was so pretty with all of the Christmas decorations. It's HUGE! I felt like every store we went into was at least 2 stories haha. I was with my boyfriend, brother, and best friend. It was such a good time and I loved it! I can't wait to go back. Were planning a trip in the spring. Maybe stay a long weekend and sight see some more when it's not so cold and wet. I wore ugg like boots and they were completely soaked! My socks were super wet as well. I looked everywhere for cheap rain boots. I figure it was better to have rain boots than buying shoes that were just going to get wet again. I found some cute ones for 20 bucks- put them on and it was heaven! So nice to have dry comfy feet! I had my umbrealla up the whole time trying to keep dry. I wore 2 scarfs and 2 hats lol. I'm a nerd, I know.

It was one of the best day trips ever. I can't wait to go back!!!

Sunday=LAZY day! I got out of my pajamas only once- to shower lol

I posted two new videos yesterday. Foundation routine, and a purple eye make-up look. So cute!!! You all should for sure check it out!

I need to get some Christmas shopping done... ugh... I say "ugh" because for me xmas is stressful. I always feel I don't get everyone enough and I'm on a tight budget this year!!!

Hello everyone!!! I haven't blogged in a while! AGAIN!

I've been super busy with work and my youtube channel! I posted a new tutorial last night! I'm excited about it. I asked for a new camera for Christmas so hopefully I get one and the quality of my videos will get better. Also, my boyfriend asked me "if you could get something from MAC what would you get?" aahhh I was excited like maybe he'll get something I mentioned for an x-mas gift? Why else would he ask?! haha I'm a dork I know! Any who! I got to go get my nails done tonight! I don't feel like it at all but I'm waayyy over due! I am going to NYC on Saturday and I'd like them to look nice for my trip. I want to do some working out too. I'm thinking about doing a whole diet/fitness vlog that way I can document what I'm doing and be able to share it with everyone? I'm not sure if anyone is interested in that BUT if you are, let me know! I just may do it. I worked out some last night and it felt good! It's beautiful outside today so I want to go for a job. Gotta kick my butt in shape!!!

I have to Oranges on my desk... staring back at me... I want to eat them because I want to be healthy but I want chocolate.. I already had a soda today!!! I need to be healthhyyyy!! haha I've been slacking for so long!

Wow, what a crazy, crazy weekend!!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! A little over due! Sorry! I've been so busy. I got off work early on Wed. Thanksgiving on Thursday, Black Friday shopping on Friday (haha) Saturday=LAZY DAY FOR SURE Sunday=BEAUTIFUL! Weather was amazing here! I wore jeans and a t-shirt! Love it! That pretty much sums up my weekend! I was able to get some Christmas shopping done. I'm not really even 50% done but I'm getting somewhere! On another note, I order from BH Cosmetics. It should be coming really soon! It's the 120 1st edition eye shadows. I'm so excited! I can't wait to get them. I'll post a review ASAP then of course tons, and tons of tutorials! LOVE IT :) I'm so excited for school too! I think about it at least five times a day! My boyfriend laughed at me last night when I said that but it's the truth! I'm so freaking excited! I'm nervous because I'll have to get another job that will work around school which means I'll end up waiting on tables- which is fine. I've never done it before and I'm super nervous... hopefully someone will hire me. I need to have some sort of income. I need money for about 2 bills, and the rest- SAVE SAVE SAVE!!! I think I've got the right mind set!

I hope to post a new video tonight! I posted some yesterday- check em' out. I want to do a haul from Sephora from over the weekend :) very nice and exciting! I love it!!!... I seem to be "loving" everything haha! I'm in a good mood and just to excited! School is about a month away. It'll be here before I know it! Oh goodness!!!

New Upload & Update!

Good morning everyone!


I posted my first tutorial last night! I hope some of you were able to watch it and enjoyed it. Like i've said before, I'm new to all this so I hope to only get better! It took me a while to actually get it recorded. I was so nervous!!!


Last week was crazy!!! I was so busy with work, getting stuff together for school etc. Saturday night my friends threw me a surprise birthday party! It was such a great time. I love having all my friends together. It was awesome!


Today I have to print a picture of myself and attach it to my paper work for school before I can mail it all out. It's weird but they want a picture of me on file and I was looking around my house and there wasn't a recent one of myself! I was cracking up because I really thought I'd be able to find one! Sooo that means tonight I have to run by Walmart, print a picture, get everything together so I can mail it out tomorrow! I have a ton and ton of laundry to be done! It's really sad actually haha. I can't believe I let it pile up so high! I must get to it tonight!!!

I'm totally new to the youtube world but very excited to be doing it and sharing tips & thoughts with you all! I hope you guys like them!

Tuesday I went and took a tour of the Cosmetology school I am going to go to. I'm so excited to be going I can't even explain it (I try to in my Vlog haha) It was the coolest place I'd ever seen! Everyone was so nice, It was so funky and fresh and aahhh for a lack of better words- it was AWESOME! I can't wait. My first day will be January 19th! I am finishing up filling out financial aid stuff which isnt so fun but will be well worth it. Once I send all that in It will be official =) I am so happy! This means great things for me and opening new doors for me and I'm so thrilled!!!

Wed. I had a dentist appointment- not so fun. Last night (Thurs) I went to dinner with my boyfriend, his mom, and his sister. We had a good time. Tonight we are going to my boyfriends uncles surprise party. That should be fun. Saturday morning we are going to go and look at houses!!! I'm excited. Were not getting one any time really soon, but we still want to look and see what areas we like. At the first of the year were going to talk with a realtor. Right now were just looking on our own. Its so excited!!

Right now I'm at work... which sucks because I'd rather be doing something creative! I can't wait to get into school. Every day I'll be doing hair, learning make-up, learning how to do nails, wax, color, etc. It's all so great! The down side is i'll have to take the metro which scares me but it's better than driving into the city... for me anyway. I'm not so good with direction haha. I'm doing to do another video soon, maybe Monday.

I have youtube videos come soon! I have been so busy! I want to start posting them once a week or maybe even twice a week... hm... we'll see! I'm excited to do them though. I've only done one so far. I want to do more about make-up and hair. Next video coming will be "10 beauty products I can't live without" It's going to be fun. It'll be make-up all the way to lotions! I have been watching a lot of youtube videos lately and I love all the gurus on there! They are all so awesome! They really have inspired me! Can't wait to share some tips and tricks I know with you guys!

I bought a few new make-up products so I'm for sure going to do reviews on them and let you all know what I think.

As for my life, I am busy like I said! I work full time and try to balance a social life with my family, boyfriend and friends. I am planning out school for next year and I'm getting so excited! I can't wait!!! Christmas is coming... I'm sadly not too excited! I'm not prepared AT ALL! I need to buy a lot of gifts. My boyfriend, my best friend then everyone in my family (there are 5 in my fam I need to buy for) I already planned out what I would like to get everyone... I'm planning on starting after thanksgiving. I need to order my boyfriends from off line and I lost the little paper that tells me what the model number is... uh oh... Anyway, talking about this is stressing me out!!! Hahah! My birthday is on Monday so this weekend were all going to dinner. I'm excited!!!

Where would I be?

Today begins a whole new life for me. I've decided to go to Cosmetology school the first of the year. I'm so scare but know I'm making the right choice. I've searched for so long for what is right for me. I kept thinking I'd find it somewhere a long the way but I never did. From the very begining I always wanted to do hair. I flip flopped back and forth to everything you can imagin... I wanted to be a nurse, lawyer, teacher, doctor, etc. None if it was right for me. College wasn't my thing... I wasn't looking for an easy way out by any means by saying school isn't for me... It just wasn't for me. I tried different jobs hoping I'd like it and build a career. I had a shot at a government job- I didn't want it. I had been through a lot in the past couple years and was beat down and feeling sorry for myself. I moped around for a while but finally knocked myself out of it. What was doing? Nothing! Where was I going to get? No where! After much thinking and processing I decided I want to go to beauty school. Make-up, Hair, Nails and clothing are my passion. I love to make people feel good and I've always had a nack for hair and make-up. I knew this was right for me and I had to do it... I couldn't waste anymore time.

I'm going to take a tour of the beauty school I want to attend on Nov. 17th. I want to start January 18th. It'll give me time to get through Christmas and figure out student loans and everything. I can't wait!!!

In the mean time I'll will be sharing tips, thoughts, and adivce will all. I can't wait to get started with beauty school so I can really share some inside secrets!
